About Me
I used to believe that if I just read one more gentle parenting book, I’d finally get it right.
But even after all the tips and theory, I was still left feeling stuck — triggered by tantrums in the shops, spiralling with guilt after shouting or losing my patience, constantly wondering why I couldn’t show up how I wanted to show up.
It wasn’t that I didn’t care or wasn’t trying hard enough.
It wasn’t that I didn’t know what to do.
It was that I hadn’t yet found the tools to embody what I believed in.
I needed something deeper than information — I needed regulation, reconnection, and a lot more self compassion.
And once I found those things — not just for my children, but for myself — everything began to shift.
That’s where my work began.
Now, I help gentle parents like you move beyond perfectionism and people-pleasing and into something far more powerful: presence.
Through breathwork, family yoga, tapping, and somatic tools, I support parents and children in co-regulating, reconnecting, and creating calmer homes — where emotions aren’t feared or fixed, but felt and moved through together.
My Mission
To gently disrupt the myth that being a “good parent” means being perfect.
To show families that regulation and connection are teachable skills — and joy, not just survival, is possible.
To offer nervous-system-friendly, neurodivergent-affirming practices that meet you where you are.
To raise a generation of kids who feel safe in their bodies, seen in their feelings, and supported by parents who feel grounded in theirs.
Whether you’re here for a free breathing guide or ready to join one of my deeper support containers like Breathe & Be, you’re in the right place.
No perfect studios or super zen spaces, this is my home to your home. Messy and imperfect but real and powerful.
And I’m so glad you found your way here.
💛 Natasha
